NEW POST: BY THE NUMBERS - Top NFL Draft WRs by ROI Part 2 of 4: Division II

The Most Elite ROI Prospects in Division II

If you saw the first segment of this series highlighting the top Return on Investment WRs, you know there are many dynamic and exciting top performing Division III wide receivers.  Now we look at the top Division II senior receivers whose high ROI efficiency measures make them worthy of a long look from an NFL Draft perspective.

Here is part II of the BY THE NUMBERS: 2017 NCAA WR series:

The list highlights only players with at least 100% higher ROI than the average receiver within that NCAA subdivision. It's worth pointing out that, although DII had the fewest players on their list the division can boast they have the player with the highest ROI  of eligible players in NCAA generating 69.7% more yards than his share of receptions would indicate. His ROI is 277% greater than the average of the Top 150 WRs in DII!

Last year, Division II also had the top ROI receiver in Jacksonville Jaguar phenom, Keelan Cole who became the first player we've recorded leading their NCAA sub-division in ROI AND reception yards.

This year's DII #1 ROI receiver doesn't lead reception yards but he has collected a stat line of 47 receptions/ /1049 yards /11 TDs at a rate of 1 TD each 4.3 receptions...not bad!

Look for this spot for the top FBS and FCS Return on Investment players over the next couple of weeks.
