FCS Top Performers
For all intents and purposes, the final week of the FCS regular season is upon us (2 games will be played next week). While not all players will be fortunate enough to enter the playoffs, all WRs will continue to see their ROI measures fluctuate as the playoff stats will impacted the averages against which all players are measured.

Jaris Scott repeats as ROI WR1 in FCS but increased his margin from 1.3% to 4.1% over Towson's Christian Summers. With one game remaining for most of the top 20, you should expect some movement in the rankings since non-playoff seniors will likely want to end their collegiate careers with a bang.
